Operating Principle

The Comewill Indoor High-voltage Live Display Device (Model DXN8-Q/T) utilizes electric field coupling and non-contact sensing technologies to safely and continuously monitor the live status of 6–40kV equipment in real time. The device houses three independent internal sensors, corresponding respectively to the A, B, and C phase busbars; these sensors generate signals by detecting the high-voltage electric field and transmit them to the display module.


When the equipment is live, the LED indicators flash, and the mechanical interlocking mechanism simultaneously and automatically locks the switchgear cabinet door. When the voltage is removed, the indicators turn off, and the interlocking mechanism automatically disengages—thereby achieving an intuitive combination of live-status indication and interlocking-based anti-misoperation protection. In the event of a single-phase ground fault, the indicator for the faulted phase extinguishes while the indicators for the remaining two phases continue to flash, facilitating rapid on-site fault localization.
