Feature

1.The cabinet frame of GCS low voltage withdrawable switchgear adopts double-folding technology and is fabricated from aluminum-zinc-coated steel plates. Designed with modular 25mm-pitch holes (K-profile), the frame boasts a straightforward structure and exceptional durability. Assembled with precise transverse and longitudinal bolt connections, the entire frame requires no maintenance throughout its service life.
2.The cabinet shell undergoes electroplating and powder coating for enhanced protection. The top cover of the horizontal busbar compartment is detachable, facilitating on-site busbar installation and reducing operational complexity.
3.Functional zones within the cabinet are clearly partitioned, mainly comprising functional unit compartments and cable compartments. Each unit operates independently with isolated functions, ensuring no mutual interference between different components.
4.The horizontal busbar is mounted horizontally at the bottom of the cabinet, significantly improving its ability to withstand the electrical stress induced by short-circuit currents.
5.Featuring a drawer-type structure, the cabinet can accommodate up to 36 circuits, each with a rated current of 400A or lower. The drawer circuits support three-position conversion without compromising the cabinet’s protection rating.
6.Each functional unit can house a maximum of 11 full-size drawers or 22 half-size (1/2) drawers, offering flexible configuration options.
7.Drawers are equipped with five operational positions: Open, Closed, Test, Extracted, and Isolated. Corresponding audio, visual, and textual indicators provide clear status signals for intuitive operation.

Normal Use Environment Conditions

Ambient Temperature: The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40℃ or be lower than -5℃, and the 24-hour average temperature shall not exceed +35℃. For procurement projects involving usage beyond the above temperature range, the GCS low voltage withdrawable switchgear must be operated at reduced capacity to ensure operational safety and performance stability.
Relative Humidity: When the maximum ambient temperature reaches +40℃, the relative humidity shall not exceed 50%. Higher humidity is permissible at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% relative humidity at +20℃). During procurement and subsequent installation, sufficient consideration shall be given to the potential condensation risks caused by sudden temperature changes to avoid equipment failure.
Altitude: The standard installation site altitude shall not exceed 2000m above sea level. For procurement projects in areas above 2000m, the equipment must be correspondingly derated for use, and relevant requirements shall be clearly specified in the procurement contract.
Installation Site Conditions: The switchgear shall be installed in locations free from fire hazards, explosion risks, heavy dust, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration or impact.
